While our app is compatible with phones, we recommend using a tablet for young children.

Can I play Nuts About Notes! with my instrument?

Nuts About Notes! is an app to learn how to read notes without any instrument. So you cannot play Nuts About Notes! with your instrument.

What age do you recommend to use Nuts About Notes!?

We recommend age 6 and above to play Nuts About Notes!. Age 4-5 may play Nuts About Notes!, but we recommend a parent/guardian to support her/him while playing.

What note range can I learn with Nuts About Notes!?

You can learn from E2 to G4. It covers all natural notes in the first position: open 6-string to 3rd fret on 1-string.

What is Level Settings?

In Level Settings, you can choose which new notes are introduced in each level. There are 2 Level Settings; Traditional, Suzuki-Method. Here is more details about level settings. If you are not sure which setting is appropriate for your child, we recommend you to ask your teacher about it.
